What Makes A Man A Man.

A man is nothing without a woman apparently. Well that's rubbish, a man is nothing without the things he owns. Sadly, that doesn't make Bootsy much of a man. Seeing as he owns very little other than a stolen pair of soiled underwear, a bootlegged truckers hat, a knock-off television and a thoroughly soiled armchair (also stolen). Below are numerous design of all the paraphernalia that would make Bootsy's home a home, including arm chair, television and hat designs...














































As you can see from the above I have gone as much as possible for a slightly more old school feel, somewhere around the 1960's as I rationalised that an Elk out in the middle of nowhere would have restricted access to modern day technology or creature comforts. I have also attempted to give everything a grimey appearance to help convey both the feelings of abandonment & despair that Bootsy is feeling. Overall I am pleased with the rural effect of the work.
